SMOKE ALARMS

Purpose-
     To provide free Smoke Alarms residents of lawrence Township and Bolivar if needed. Please call our department for further information.

Goal-
To help prevent the loss of life in our fire district.
To have 100% of residences in our fire district protected by an installed and functuonal smoke detector.

How to get one-
Call the Bolivar Fire Department at 330-874-3115 and tell them you want the free smoke alarm. If there is no one available please leave a message with your name, address, and telephone number and someone will get back to you to do the installation.

NOTE: We will not just drop off a smoke alarm at your residence. Our department member will have to install this for you. You will also have to fill out a form which will provide you with a free battery twice a year.

KNOX BOXES -

      These are designed to allow fast access to buildings or grounds in an emergency if you are not able to meet us at the door. These are designed for businesses that do not have 24-hour coverage, people on bed rest, people that have medical alarms, and many others. These are extremely safe and secure, and are highly recommended by those that are already using them. 

        If you are interested, please call and ask for an Authorization/Order Form. Take this home and complete all of the information requested on the form. Obtain an authorized signature from Capt. Mark Cush on the form. Send your order with your payment to the Knox Company via fax or mail.
